2.Out2: Press button to have power output and turn off by pressing button again. It has Quick Charge2.0 and Quick Charge 3.0 function.
3.Press twice button to power LED torch On/Off
4.When connect both Out1 & Out2, no Quick Charge function.
5.The LED display with show the battery capacity percentage, current and voltage level during charging and discharging.
